SAS and Norwegian operate several daily flights from Oslo Airport Gardermoen to Alta, direct or via Tromsø. The flight time  is approx. 1 h  45 min.

Widerøe also offers a range of regional flights to Alta from airports in Troms and Finnmark.

From December 2024 you can fly with Lufthanse (Discover Airlines) direct from Frankfurt to Alta.
